Samsung unveils the Galaxy Note II
Samsung officially unveiled the Galaxy Note II, a “phablet” that features a 1.6 GHz, processor, a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED display, Android OS 4.1 (a.k.a. “Jelly Bean”), an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera, and a 1.9-megapixel front-facing camera. The smartphone will also come with Samsung’s S Pen stylus for input, and have 4G LTE connectivity support. The base model of the Galaxy Note II will come with 16 GB of internal storage.
No pricing information was announced, but Samsung says that the Galaxy Note II will be available in the United States sometime later this year.
